Blackbird Chili Lime Tacos
Ingredients
1 8oz pack of Blackbird Chili Lime Seitan
5 Corn Tortillas
1 Avocado
1 Cup purple shredded cabbage
1/2 Cup black beans
1 Green bell pepper
1/2 Cup slide cherry tomatoes
1 Cup cooked rice
3 Tablespoon vegetable oil
Salsa of your choosing
Directions
Heat skillet with light oil, Add 8oz packet of chili lime seitan. 2 mins on each side (until crispy).
In a separate pan, add sliced bell pepper, tomatoes, oil, and salt to taste
Heat tortillas in the oven or on the stove
Assemble tacos with a layer of rice, seitan, peppers, tomato, black beans, avocado, and cabbage. Drizzle with salsa of choice.
