Blackbird Chili Lime Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz pack of Blackbird Chili Lime Seitan

  • 5 Corn Tortillas

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 Cup purple shredded cabbage

  • 1/2 Cup black beans

  • 1 Green bell pepper

  • 1/2 Cup slide cherry tomatoes

  • 1 Cup cooked rice

  • 3 Tablespoon vegetable oil

  • Salsa of your choosing

Directions

  1. Heat skillet with light oil, Add 8oz packet of chili lime seitan. 2 mins on each side (until crispy).

  2. In a separate pan, add sliced bell pepper, tomatoes, oil, and salt to taste

  3. Heat tortillas in the oven or on the stove

  4. Assemble tacos with a layer of rice, seitan, peppers, tomato, black beans, avocado, and cabbage. Drizzle with salsa of choice.
