Butternut Squash Gnocchi By @avocadosandales
Ingredients & Directions
Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted butternut squash, blended
- 1.5-2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch
Directions:
1. Blend roasted butternut squash until smooth.
2. In a kitchen aid, add tapioca starch, and 1 cup of flour.
3. Knead, and add more flour as kneaded until it forms a ball.
4. Cut into thirds, and roll out into long snakes.
5. Cut, boil in salted water, and serve with your favorite add-ins.
