Crispy Buffalo Chick’n Salad

Makes 3 Salads
INGREDIENTS
1 bag of Blackbird Buffalo Wings
4 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
1/2 cup Red Onions, thinly sliced or chopped
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Vegan Dill Dressing (We like Trader Joe’s brand)
METHOD
Bake Blackbird Buffalo Wings in an oven or air fryer per packaging instructions.
Combine and mix salad ingredients in a big bowl. Don't add the Vegan Dill Dressing if you are not serving right away.
Allow cooked Wings to cool slightly. Then chop each Wing into 5-6 pieces. Coat in Buffalo Sauce (provided in bag).
Divide salad into three bowls. Top with Buffalo Wings pieces and a drizzle of Vegan Dill Dressing.
