Crispy Buffalo Chick’n Salad

Makes 3 Salads

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots

  • 1/2 cup Red Onions, thinly sliced or chopped

  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved

  • Vegan Dill Dressing (We like Trader Joe’s brand)

METHOD

  1. Bake Blackbird Buffalo Wings in an oven or air fryer per packaging instructions.

  2. Combine and mix salad ingredients in a big bowl. Don't add the Vegan Dill Dressing if you are not serving right away.

  3. Allow cooked Wings to cool slightly. Then chop each Wing into 5-6 pieces. Coat in Buffalo Sauce (provided in bag).

  4. Divide salad into three bowls. Top with Buffalo Wings pieces and a drizzle of Vegan Dill Dressing.
