Glass Noodles with Sriracha Seitan

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz pack of Blackbird Original Seitan

  • 1 box miso soup

  • 1 pack of vermicelli noodles

  • 2 heads baby bok choy

  • 1 dried chili

  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Add miso soup, bok choy, dried chili to a pot, bring to a boil, add noodles. Cook till soft (about 3 mins).

  2. Heat a separate pan, add oil and seitan. Coat with Sriracha. Simmer for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour noodles and broth into a bowl. Place seitan on top.
