Glass Noodles with Sriracha Seitan
Ingredients
1 8oz pack of Blackbird Original Seitan
1 box miso soup
1 pack of vermicelli noodles
2 heads baby bok choy
1 dried chili
2 tablespoon Sriracha
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
Add miso soup, bok choy, dried chili to a pot, bring to a boil, add noodles. Cook till soft (about 3 mins).
Heat a separate pan, add oil and seitan. Coat with Sriracha. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour noodles and broth into a bowl. Place seitan on top.
