Blackbird Foods Recipe
Makes 6 Tacos
INGREDIENTS
6 Corn or Flour Small Tortillas
Blackbird Chili Lime Seitan (8 oz) or Blackbird Original Seitan or Blackbird Sausage
1 Ripe Avocado, mashed or 1/2 cup Guacamole
1/2 cup Pico de Gallo or 1/4 cup diced Tomatoes, 1/4 cup diced Red Onions, 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
1 Fresh Lime
METHOD
Individually warm Tortillas in hot pan with a little bit of oil, set aside.
Lightly sauté Blackbird Chili Lime Seitan in the same pan. If using Original Seitan, you may want to season with one tablespoon of Taco Seasoning.
Assemble: Mashed Avocado, Blackbird Chili Lime Seitan, Pico de Gallo, squeeze of fresh Lime.
Serve immediately.
