Our organic original seitan block, hand-made small-batch in our NYC facility from four organic ingredients. Seitan is a high-protein wheat protein, used as a meat alternative in East Asia since the 6th century. This block has a meaty texture and a clean label, with extreme versatility: slice it, cube it, or tear it however you need. The plant protein your kitchen has been missing.

How to cook it
Saute: 5 to 6 min over medium-high in a little oil until edges crisp. Air-fry: 400F for 8 to 10 min. Grill: toss in oil, grill 3 to 4 min per side. Add sauce at the end so it caramelizes, not burns.
