Can't pick a flavor? Get all four. Our Seitan Sampler Pack is an 8-pack with two each of Original, Chili Lime, Rosemary Garlic, and Texas BBQ seitan shreds (8 x 8 oz). The original plant-based meat, hand-made small-batch in our NYC facility from a short list of real ingredients. Seitan is a high-protein wheat protein that's been used as a meat alternative in East Asia since the 6th century. Season it, sauce it, saute, grill, or air-fry it into anything that needs a savory, meaty bite.

How to cook it
Saute: 5 to 6 min over medium-high in a little oil until edges crisp. Air-fry: 400F for 8 to 10 min. Grill: toss in oil, grill 3 to 4 min per side. Add sauce at the end so it caramelizes, not burns.
