Chick’n Caesar Wraps

Blackbird Foods Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cucumber, sliced

  • 1 Tomato, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp Red Onion, diced

  • 1 head of Romaine Lettuce

  • 2 Tbsp Caesar Dressing 

  • Juice from 1 Lemon

  • Salt and Pepper to taste 

  • 2 Tbsp Vegan Parmesan Cheese

  • Tortillas of choice

METHOD

  1. Pan fry Blackbird Rosemary Garlic Seitan until lightly crispy

  2. Slice Cucumber, Tomato and Red Onion 

  3. Chop Romaine Lettuce and season with Salt, Pepper, Lemon Juice and Caesar Dressing

  4. Heat Tortillas and assemble, add all ingredients into tortilla, roll up and serve
