Vegan Crunch Wraps

Blackbird Foods Recipe

Makes 4 Crunch Wraps

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Diced Tomato

  • ½ cup Shredded Iceberg Lettuce 

  • Vegan Shredded Cheddar Cheese 

  • 4 Small Corn Tortilla, Fried in Oil 

  • Vegan Mayonnaise 

  • 1 box, 8oz Blackbird Chili Lime Seitan, chopped roughly 

  • Vegan Queso 

  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas

METHOD

  1. Dice Tomatoes and shred Lettuce

  2. Briefly sauté Blackbird Chili Lime Seitan in oil 

  3. Fry corn tortilla in oil

  4. Assemble: In the middle of a Large Flour Tortilla, add Queso in a small circle, on top of Queso, add Seitan, then fried Corn Tortilla, Spread Mayonnaise on Corn Tortilla. Top with Lettuce, Tomato and Cheese, fold edges of Flour Tortilla overtop and sauté to seal folds, then flip and sauté on the other side

  5. Serve with additional Queso, Tomato and Lettuce on top
