Tofu Scramble
Ingredients:
Handful of kale
1/2 package of Rosemary Garlic Seitan
1/4 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 block pressed, extra firm tofu
Spoonful of spicy kimchi
2 teaspoons turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of black salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon of vegan butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
Start by massaging the kale with olive oil
Add the seitan to your air fryer for 6 minutes at 350 degrees
Sautée the kale and chopped broccoli with garlic powder
Crumble the tofu
Add tofu to pan with turmeric, black salt, black pepper and vegan butter. Mix well.
Add kimchi once kale and broccoli are almost cooked
Mix in the seitan
Serve in a bowl topped with your favorite hot sauce!
