Tofu Scramble

Ingredients:

  • Handful of kale

  • 1/2 package of Rosemary Garlic Seitan

  • 1/4 cup chopped broccoli

  • 1/4 block pressed, extra firm tofu

  • Spoonful of spicy kimchi

  • 2 teaspoons turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon of black salt

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast

  • 1 tablespoon of vegan butter

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  • Start by massaging the kale with olive oil

  • Add the seitan to your air fryer for 6 minutes at 350 degrees

  • Sautée the kale and chopped broccoli with garlic powder

  • Crumble the tofu

  • Add tofu to pan with turmeric, black salt, black pepper and vegan butter. Mix well.

  • Add kimchi once kale and broccoli are almost cooked

  • Mix in the seitan

Serve in a bowl topped with your favorite hot sauce!
